Since 2016, I have been designing in Ottawa, initially under Victoria Zamchevska Designs and now through VDesignZ Inc. As an architectural designer with a BCIN, I have successfully completed over 100 secondary suites (additional units) in Ottawa and surrounding communities. My passion lies in transforming underutilized spaces into functional units that generate additional income for property owners.
